I use a relational approach that engages in deep meaningful dialogue to evoke situations where healing can happen. Through mutual dialogue, you can explore symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, existential, spiritual and other emotional issues while finding your authentic voice. My approach is compassionate, humorous at times, clear, and direct. I like to use my experience in nonviolent communication to use language as a way to explore what is true and authentic for both of us to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others.
