I am committed to helping you gain the insight and tools that will empower you to live the life you desire. My work focuses on helping you understanding your feelings, emotions and behavior using evidence based therapy including psychoanalysis, mindfulness and self-compassion to gain clarity and empower you to move forward with a greater sense of your wants and needs. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairfield University, and a BS from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Prior to becoming a counselor, I had a fulfilling career in sales and account management in the Financial Services industry; an experience that provides significant transferable experience and insights to my work. I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of CT and a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC). I encourage you to reach out to explore working together and to allow me to answer your questions.
