Improving your quality if life is the overarching goal. Treatment is tailored more individually from there, based on your needs. You are the expert in your own life, and therefore my co-therapist. My goal is to collaborate together offering what I know about human behavior and development with what you know about yourself. I do this through psycho-education, skills, and varied modalities, all of which are shared with you in the work, as applicable. I am dedicated to strengthening all types of relationships, respecting spiritual and ethnic diversity, and improving quality of life around issues such as stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment, and communication.
