Introduction

I help mental health professionals, healthcare professionals, educators, social workers, and graduate students in these professions deal with vicarious trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, depression, anxiety, and other issues so they can continue to help others without sacrificing their own happiness or the needs of those they love. I am experienced with an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches and will work with you to identify realistic goals and effective ways to address them given your personal challenges, core values, and priorities. I work with people from all racial, ethnic, gender identity, sexual orientation, socio-economic, educational, and religious backgrounds, and am versed in the specific challenges faced by LGBTQIA2S+ folx, working parents, people with ADHD, and those facing challenges related to aging. I am accepting new patients for telehealth visits, with a waitlist/very limited availability for in-person appointments. Please contact me by leaving a voicemail or text message to (984) 600-7577 or completing the "Contact Form" link to schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs and how we might work together to increase your happiness and well-being. I accept Medicare, and am in-network with Aetna (including SHP), United Healthcare/Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Humana insurances. If you are insured by a different organization, please contact me to discuss billing options. I also see uninsured/underinsured clients through OpenPath and offer sliding scale services in some cases.
