Introduction

I have experience working with diverse populations including individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, survivors of human trafficking, relationship issues, life transitions, first generation and immigrant families. I have worked in different environments such as community mental health, faith based programs, and intensive care. I work through a trauma- informed lens that will help with mindfulness, awareness and self compassion. I became a therapist because I wanted to empower individuals to live a life filled with purpose, hope and joy. I am passionate about helping others to heal, feel empowered, and embrace life without shame or guilt. Something unique about my approach is that I am passionate about providing a holistic approach to help my clients understand how our physical, spiritual, mental and emotional wellbeing plays a role in our life satisfaction. I am fluent in Spanish. You will find that I am genuine, warm, and creative.
