I have been in the therapy and coaching fields for over 14 years. I have wanted to help people since before I can remember. It led me to the social services field then to therapy and I fell in love with the idea of the internal systems within us as humans and then went on to learn more about traumas and phobias. I am eager to help you along your path in finding greater clarity. I genuinely believe it helps with gaining joy.
