Introduction

Hello, I’m MC! I hold certifications in Brainspotting, Resilience Training, Embracing Equity (DEI), ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences), and (REI) Racial Equity Institute. Currently in the process of completing the FSU-Professional Certification in Trauma & Resilience. Additionally, I train and implement resilience training with the non-profit, Resources for Resilience (RFR). This training is heavily influenced by somatic tools and an understanding of the impact of trauma on the body and mind. My goal is to connect in hopes of creating a brave space, as we walk together toward healing, balance, and peace. You have the right to feel good in your mind and body. So, It will be my pleasure to go on this journey with you. Let's go!
