Introduction

My professional experience over the past 8 years includes working with Veterans, active duty military members, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families with a variety of presenting issues and mental health conditions. These include but are not limited to women's issues, anxiety, depression, substance use, ADHD, adjustment disorders, PTSD, addiction, military related trauma, mood disorders, and conflicts within interpersonal relationships. I also offer coaching services for those who are not experiencing a clinical need, but rather are seeking additional support in achieving goals related to personal growth or development. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment that is conducive to facilitating healing and to promoting growth. I utilize strengths-based, person-centered, holistic, and cognitive behavioral methods as well as mindfulness techniques. My approach is tailored to each client's specific needs and concerns. We will work collaboratively during your sessions to identify and to achieve your treatment goals. I will also teach you important skills and therapeutic techniques that will assist you throughout your journey, so that you will feel empowered to move forward in life with confidence. I offer a brief 10 minute initial consultation introductory call to determine compatibility prior to scheduling. This also offers you an opportunity to ask me any specific questions about my general approach or practice. I look forward to working with you!
