With a decade of experience under her belt, Meagan is creative, directive, and balanced. She supports you by focusing holistically on your strengths as an individual and as a couple. Meagan considers your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing and truly enjoys walking with you through your growth, revelations, and challenges. She is skilled at assisting clients with conflict, relationship issues, communication, life stressors, parent-child relationships, and substance abuse, and incorporates the well-known Gottman method into her work with couples. And, rest assured, with her background working with psychiatric crisis services, she can handle the most challenging situations you bring. Meagan began her career in California working with children and repairing the parent-child bond, as well as with adolescents and their families struggling with substance abuse. She has also spent time with adult substance abuse at the inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels. In all her work, through the lens of her marriage and family therapy training, she sees the importance of how interpersonal relationships can aid in healing, growth, and happiness. She knows what it's like to benefit from therapy, and has done a lot of her own work to grow in life and in relationships. She is comfortable with a wide range of backgrounds, relationships, ages, and stressors. Her primary goal is to provide a supportive and safe environment for her clients to grow and prosper in any way they wish.
