Meagan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, additionally, she also holds counseling licenses in Florida, California, and Virginia. Meagan received her Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Meagan has a heart for serving those in crisis situations, women and teens facing emotional and behavioral issues, and working with families and couples in relational conflicts. Meagan is a military spouse and is the mother of 2 children. Meagan understands the challenges and stress of being a military spouse and also the challenges faced with moving. In the years of working in different states, Meagan has been able to help women who were raped, women who had abortions, and women struggling with forgiveness from our heavenly Father. Christian counseling helps blend the spiritual elements with professional mental health counseling and so Meagan’s theoretical approach is to incorporate faith along with cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. Meagan offers a secure space where you will feel comfortable with zero judgment. Deciding to receive therapy can sometimes be a difficult decision and it does take work, decision making, and sometimes change to make things better.
