My approach is compassionate, collaborative and direct. I believe developing an honest, authentic therapeutic relationship is key to making changes, so providing a non-judgmental, trauma informed space is my priority. We’ll laugh in sessions (yes, therapy can be fun!) and work together to identify your goals, highlight and build upon your strengths and insights, and explore concepts like vulnerability, intimacy, and self-compassion. I have training in ACT and ERP, both proven modalities for treating anxiety, OCD and trauma; Mindfulness and DBT. I have a special interest in Women’s Health and empowering clients of all genders to be advocates and active participants in their emotional and physical healthcare. I embrace a holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection and take pride in supporting clients along the journey of deepening their understanding and connection with self. We'll explore the function of lifelong habits, affirm the role they’ve played in getting you this far, and explore the possibility of letting go of those that no longer serve you.
