I specialize in working with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, self-injury, suicidal ideation, self esteem, relationships, behavioral issues, and family conflict. My main work is with adolescents and young adults, however I’m also experienced in working with adults. I primarily work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model, while still incorporating other modalities and interventions to fit the clients needs. My therapeutic approach emphasizes building trust, being authentic, and using value based behaviors to help clients overcome their struggles. My goal is to provide a safe space for every client to feel comfortable and ready to explore resources within themselves and their environment for a healthy mindset and life. The goal of therapy is to get you to feel like yourself again.
