I am an independent clinical social worker and certified drug and alcohol counselor, committed to helping people learn how to recognize their own strengths and resiliency in order to achieve their chosen goals. My work focuses on helping folks to accept and understand their emotions and experiences in order to help them move toward sustained wellness. I believe in using a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their objective. I’m passionate about connecting people with tools and resources for those who are struggling with addiction and other mental health issues.
