Introduction

I am a practicing LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) within the state of Iowa, providing individual psychotherapy sessions. I specialize in assisting clients across a spectrum of symptoms and diagnoses; the majority of my clients have experienced some type of mood or emotional dysregulation - such as depressive symptoms or anxiety, relational or communication issues, or traumatic experience. I hope to provide clients with a warm, validating environment to process experiences and manage symptoms in a holistic and healthy manner.
