Introduction

I am a Queer, Neurodivergent therapist with PTSD. I work well with people who have a desire to live life beyond survival and are ready to take action towards wellbeing. I specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+ clients. Many of the people I serve present with Neurodiversity, PTSD, anxiety, identity issues and/or substance use concerns. Clients report they find safety and value in the therapeutic alliance we co-create, as I make establishing trust and a key value. I believe that individuals possess deep innate potential to discover healing and define their own journey. My style is multidimensional and incorporates psychospiritual practices: modalities include person centered therapy with expressive arts, Mindfulness, IFS, and solution orientation. I utilize a variety of tools to include Tarot/Oracle, Meditation and symbolism to quickly access intuitive wisdom. I have a whole person focus and embrace a variety of interventions that balance the mind, body and spirit. I have a unique approach that focuses on building relationships and meeting the diverse needs of the whole person. I believe even the smallest action toward healing can create ripples of transformation.
