Introduction

Welcome to a Space for Growth and Connection Whatever brought you here, welcome. Seeking therapy is an act of courage, and I deeply respect your willingness to take this step toward change and deeper self-understanding. Whether you’re navigating challenges in your relationship or seeking tools to strengthen your connection, I’m here to help. Let’s start this journey together. Specializing in Couples and Family Dynamics As a proud UW-Madison alum with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a licensed psychotherapist in Wisconsin, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and couples build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My work is informed by diverse experiences, from trauma-informed care and substance use treatment to training and supervising new clinicians. Alongside my professional journey, my decade-long practice as a yoga teacher and spiritual seeker deeply shapes my therapeutic approach. As a parent and partner myself, I have a special passion for working with couples navigating the complexities of relationships, family dynamics, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and parenting. I’m here to help you and your partner deepen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate life’s hurdles together. Tailored to Your Needs—In-Person or Virtual Therapy sessions are offered in-person at my comfortable office on Madison’s near-west side or virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Flexibility is key in ensuring you and your partner can access the support you need in a way that fits your life. Investing in Your Relationship As a fee-for-service practice, my rates reflect the care and expertise I bring to each session. Sessions range from $160 to $235 for 55 minutes, with the option for extended 85-minute sessions for couples and families, ideal for diving deeper into complex concerns. I also provide documentation to support you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider if applicable. A Commitment to Growth Beyond Therapy In addition to counseling, I’m passionate about offering coaching, consultation, education, and supervision. If you’re interested in exploring these services, I’d love to connect and discuss how we can collaborate. Let’s Begin Together Taking the first step toward improving your relationship can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to strengthen your connection and build the tools you need to move forward as a team.
