Hi, I’m Megan! I support individuals as they cope with anxiety, depression, and heal from trauma, self-esteem issues, and feelings of guilt and shame. When working alongside clients, I focus on cultivating a safe, supportive and collaborative environment . My goal is to provide you with the tools you need to feel safe and empowered in your journey. Sessions with me may include conversations around awareness of self, burnout, family systems, relationships, mindfulness, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation. I believe it necessary to approach each client with kindness and understanding. I recognize that the needs of each person are unique, and I work to cultivate a therapeutic relationship that best suits those needs.
