I'm passionate about embracing positivity to work through challenging feelings, a brain that won’t "shut off," always feeling "on guard,” nightmares, flashbacks, and substance use. As a social worker and certified alcohol and drug counselor, I utilize therapy techniques to help you conquer the life events that have left you feeling hopeless.
