Hi! I'm Megan, an experienced therapist who works with teenagers, adults, and families. I'm here to help you work through trauma, cope with anxiety and depression, and work towards living the life you want. I have training in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with spiritual concerns, have involvement in the criminal justice and child welfare systems, and who are going through life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with teenagers and parents. My therapy style is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and laid-back. I look forward to hearing from you and starting our work together!
