Introduction

I am passionate about offering a non-judgmental space, using evidence-based treatments where you may heal and grow. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) which means my focus is providing holistic (whole person) solutions that take into consideration your social, behavioral, economic and health environments. I am a Register Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of training (RYT200). As our starting point, we will identify what is keeping you from being the best version of you. I am passionate about integrating mindfulness, yoga and education on our nervous system to develop a stronger relationship with yourself, beliefs and values.
