Introduction

As a therapist, I strive to hold space for and affirm people of all identities, and am passionate about supporting you in establishing healthy boundaries and relationships, navigating past trauma and current life transitions, and managing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. I will use my 14 years of clinical experience, my training in trauma-informed theories such as EMDR, and my care for you as a human being to uplift your strengths and validate you throughout the entire therapeutic process. Reaching out for help can be hard and requires courage and trust. I am grateful that you are here, and I hope to build a positive, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with you where we communicate openly, where you feel safe to share and process, and where you look forward to exploring, together, what forward movement looks like for you.
