My name is Megan Rogers, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate the challenges of life. I began my journey in the mental health field in 2018 at a VA hospital, where I had the privilege of working with Veterans and their families. This experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Over the years, I have trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches to support a diverse range of clients. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches have equipped me with a toolkit to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe in the power of collaboration and strive to empower my clients by teaching them practical skills to improve their mental and emotional well-being. If you're looking for a therapist who combines expertise, a deep understanding of trauma, and a commitment to your personal growth, I would be honored to work with you. Together, we can navigate your challenges and create meaningful, lasting change in your life. Thank you for considering me as part of your journey!
