Megan White, M.A., (she/her) is a counselor at Konick and Associates. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Louis University. She provides therapy services to children ages 5+, adolescents, adults, and families. Megan is an empathetic, patient, and open-minded clinician, dedicated to tailoring the therapeutic environment to meet the needs of each individual seeking support. She utilizes an integrated approach to therapy which includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while incorporating aspects of play, art, and somatic therapies into sessions. Her previous work in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field allows her to utilize knowledge of behavior and social skills to better understand and support neurodivergent individuals and their families. In working with clients, Megan believes the most important step is establishing and maintaining a foundation of safety and trust. From there, she helps clients to build coping skills and individualized strategies to help them meet their goals. Megan is excited to continue walking with individuals and their families on their mental health journeys. Megan is under the Supervision of Sandra Lukashevich, LCPC, NCC, Clinical Director.
