I use play therapy techniques for kids while integrating talk therapy. For adolescents and adults, I use a mix of methods including elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work collaboratively with clients to establish therapy goals that are specific and based on the client's preferences, priorities, and desired outcomes.
