I have developed a passion for helping people of all backgrounds and lived experiences become more grounded and develop trust in themselves, in order to find meaning and create the life they prefer to live. I believe each person is one of a kind and therapy is a collaborative and interactive process. I consider it a privilege to share in my clients’ unique stories and work together to identify goals that will promote balance and improve overall well-being. I hope to help clients learn to manage intense emotions, develop meaningful and purposeful connections, create mutual understanding, and improve communication or resolve existing conflicts.
