Introduction

Hi - thanks for checking out my profile! I've been working as a therapist since 2019 when I graduated from Xavier University with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health and before that spent a lot of time in the mental health field in various roles. Those roles taught me the importance of trauma responsive care and joining alongside clients to help them to remember their own power. Since graduation, I have incorporated Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, a neurodiversity affirming lens, and self-compassion into my therapeutic work. I work the best with clients who might identify as people pleasers or perfectionists and who identify as being late/un/self-diagnosed Autistic or ADHD. Feel free to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit!
