Introduction

Hello! I'm Meghan Morley a Pennsylvania & New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Cognitive Pursuits LLC. I have a passion for partnering with athletes and high achieving professionals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance misuse, and other stressors to improve their mental health & well-being, while enhancing their mental performance. We will take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to our sessions to create an environment of growth and healing. I work with my clients through my 4Ps for Mental Health & Performance framework: Person, Pursuit, Position, & Purpose. My 4Ps framework is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Existential Psychotherapy & is Internal Family Systems informed to help you make impactful behavioral changes, gain a deeper connection to their emotions, think in a more helpful way, and understand the impact of their environment to achieve their goals and seek fulfillment. When I launched Cognitive Pursuits, it was because of my own experience as an athlete and a drive to support high achieving people looking to both heal and grow simultaneously - which is possible! I thank you for your interest in working with me. I look forward to connecting. Visit our website for more information and to book a free 15 minute consultation.
