I enjoy working with adults, children, and adolescents with adjustment related issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and ADHD. I believe in providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment for clients that are seeking guidance and support through a holistic, strengths based approach. My approach to therapy is eclectic, therefore I also use cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral approaches and client-centered interventions to assist my clients. I often use humor in my therapy and firmly believe laughter is the best medicine. Together we will set goals and work to achieve them in a comfortable setting.
