After working as a medical social worker and as an adoption social worker for multiple years, I decided to follow my dream and go into private practice. I am passionate about walking alongside families and individuals as they work through trauma, grief and loss, family transitions, parenting struggles, and other difficulties in their lives. I have extensive training in grief and loss, family therapy, trauma, attachment, play therapy, and theraplay. I am also have completed a National Adoption Mental Health Training. I work with all ages through many difficulties. We all deserve a safe place to be heard and work through our journey of life. I especially love walking alongside those who have been affected by foster care or adoption.
