I am an experienced trauma-oriented therapist and work with adults, couples, and teens facing grief, trauma, family conflict, ADHD, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, and LGBTQIA+ challenges. I am certified in EMDR for trauma recovery which means I can offer talk therapy and somatic work to process intrusive memories and re-connect your body with your experiences and mindset. I can help people of Jewish identity explore, navigate, and cope with their unique cultural experiences. Lastly, I work with cutting and self-harm behaviors, chronic suicide ideation, and psychotic symptoms. I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ and NY. I work Monday to Friday and offer daytime and evening appointments. We have more than 60 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
