Introduction

I love helping my clients discover the many different ways they can access their natural healing ability to work through their emotional wounds. I work collaboratively with my clients to determine what "better" might look like, so that they can live their lives feeling like active agents instead of bystanders. I'm particularly passionate about providing support for autism and ADHD where individuals and families can to live fulfilling lives through acceptance, release and letting go whether it's changing narratives, discarding unhelpful beliefs or recognizing core strengths. I use evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, Brainspotting and Sensorimotor Therapy that help resolve integration on a deep level where emotional triggers are activated. I'm also a committed activist and advocate, so aspects of empowerment and social justice that are part of my training and endeavors are particularly beneficial to those whose integration is hindered by dominant norms that disconnect or demean. My goal is to help you feel authentic in your life and not a sell-out or invisible. Rather than compromise our values and heart-felt beliefs, we can learn to show up as ourselves while also being strategic about privacy and long-term effectiveness.
