Introduction

Greetings, I treat adults, adolescents & families who are navigating various concerns, such as anxiety, depression, relational challenges, adjusting to a major life transition. I approach healing from a polyvagal and psychodynamic foundation utilizing somatically informed, body-oriented psychotherapies, i.e., somatic experiencing (SE), eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), brainspotting, parts work & ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). Individual and family psychotherapy sessions are offered in offices in Malibu & Calabasas, as well as remotely.
