My philosophy of psychotherapy practice includes addressing mind, spirit and body in our exploration and healing process. I create a safe space for you to seek your inner knowing, dreams, goals and any barriers to the manifestation of these. These barriers may be painful thoughts or beliefs about yourself or others, problems with mood or anxiety, unhelpful patterns of behavior, unexpected reactions, relationship difficulties or past traumas or losses impacting your current life. As those stuck points become clear to you, we work towards releasing these, allowing you to expand and flourish. In service of this, I bring a trauma informed approach with evidenced based practices using psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, parts work and skills building using mindfulness and imagery work.
