Introduction

I am a Licensed Therapist and Founder of Reclaimed Life LLC. Consecutively, I continue to have a pulse on the community while serving in a variety of mental health and addictions treatment settings. I am a licensed co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field of social work. As a professional with lived experience, I recognize the courage it takes to engage in therapy and has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and aspirations along the sometimes difficult path to an enriched life of connected meaning and fulfillment. My therapeutic approach centers around whole person care and fundamentally believe in each individual’s capacity to live well through life’s inevitable setbacks, uncertainties, and hardships. My holistic approach is supported by the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindful Self Compassion. When I'm not busy at work, I enjoy traveling, exploring, and discovering new places. I am a strong believer in self-care. One of my favorite things to do is to be outdoors, with riding ATV's, laying in a hammock on the beach, or by a fire pit with a good cup of tea. I value spending quality time with my beloved family and creating lasting memories.
