Introduction

I am a strengths-based, trauma-informed therapist for adolescents and young adults (16-30). I work with clients who are facing challenges related to stress, anxiety, ADHD, childhood trauma, and relationships with friends, family or partners. I utilize techniques from a variety of theories, including CBT and EMDR. I also heavily incorporate themes of self-acceptance and self-compassion into therapy. My approach is very person-centered and collaborative. I always encourage clients to advocate for what they need in the therapy process.
