Hi! I am currently accepting new clients 18+. I have a friendly, interactive style and support those going through difficult life changes, dealing with loss, relationship issues, or other challenges that life has thrown at them. Often times clients enter therapy with a high degree of anxiety, deep feelings of sadness, or isolation. I help clients with in the moment strategies to deal with their struggles, while often also looking more deeply into underlying causes. It's a collaborative process and I very much enjoy this work! I consider myself a LGBTQ ally.
