With over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and adults, I am ready to walk with you through whatever you are experiencing, helping identify personal strengths and strategies that can help you not only cope, but thrive. I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and symptoms of ADHD. However, my passion lies in working with those impacted by trauma. I am trained in providing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, but also incorporate a variety of counseling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and techniques such as mindfulness and meditation. Our work together will be customized to support your goals and growth. I offer flexible telehealth appointments on nights and weekends and have immediate availability for new clients.
