Melissa Gallagher

LPCA Marathon Counseling, LLC
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abandonment, ADD/ADHD,
Insurance: Aetna

Introduction

My passion lies in working with survivors of trauma and those scared to begin therapy. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness when working with clients. However, each client is unique and therefore I believe there is no one-size fits all approach. I work collaboratively with my clients in a team approach and believe the client knows themselves best. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various settings, including foster care, day programs, group homes, and psychiatric hospitals. I work at my client's pace and your comfort and safety is my top priority. I provide individual, couples and family therapy.
