As a native New Yorker, I understand how overwhelming the pressure to succeed can be. I take a kind, collaborative, supportive yet direct approach to therapy. My goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence to understand your past without judgment, take ownership of your present and take positive steps towards your ideal future. We will explore the environmental factors and thought/ behavioral patterns that have enabled and limited you from reaching your full potential. I'll teach you skills to draw on the strengths you already have to build a better functioning, stronger self. Whatever your or your family’s current struggle is, we will focus on “progress, not perfection.” Let’s get straight to the hard work your future self will thank you for! ~ www.melissagottlieb.com ~ NEW CLIENT INQUIRY FORM: ** Copy & Paste the link into your browser ** https://forms.gle/oUN3NTVYZfNffgPk9 ~ ISSUES I CAN HELP WITH INCLUDE: ADHD, anxiety, substance abuse or technology addiction, trauma/abuse, family conflict, parenting, relationship challenges with friends/romantic partners/coworkers, divorce/separation, or navigating career and life-stage transitions.
