I have been in the field for approximately 10 years with a variety of populations. I'm trained in cognitive behavioral therapy which can help disrupt the cycle of negative thoughts/feelings/and behaviors. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which is a leading treatment used to help people with trauma. If you're looking for someone who is there to listen, be friendly, kind, and non judgmental, those are some qualities I believe describe me.
