I graduated with my degree in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois, in 2017. I am integrative in my work with clients, drawing from evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. By working together, we can help you feel more grounded, more emotionally stable, and more connected to the things that are most meaningful to you. We can help you improve your relationships and attain your personal goals. It takes courage to seek out therapy. While the work will be challenging, I will be there with you, supporting you through each step. To schedule a free 15-minute telephone consultation with me, click "Contact" at the top of the webpage or call me at 707-203-2244. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and help make sure we are a good fit.
