Despite our best efforts, we may all encounter times when life just isn’t feeling as fulfilling as we hope it would be. Sometimes we may have insight into why we feel this way, and other times it may completely elude us. There is no one way to manage this part of our shared human experience, but for some, therapeutic support can be a beneficial resource for moving through the less comfortable times. By focusing on the here and now, I provide an evidence-based approach (CBT) to treat adults with presenting concerns around depression, anxiety, life adjustments, and relationship stressors.
