Hello and welcome. I started my work in the neuro-pharmaceutical world before transitioning to counseling. I have found that integrating my knowledge of the brain along with trauma & attachment-based therapies to be the most beneficial to my clients. I'm passionate about helping people feel, relate, and engage better with themselves and others. Trauma ruptures natural connection, attachment and trauma therapies help heal these ruptures. I'm a mother of two who enjoys staying active with her family. I'm proud to call my self an Ironman and continue to compete on a smaller level.
