I have over 30 years of experience working with people of all ages. My focus has been providing support to find solutions to challenges and develop coping skills to better manage the difficulties life presents. I especially enjoy helping parents/caregivers and their children navigate anxiety, school issues, or family conflicts. I graduated from Wheelock College in Boston with a BS in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and after teaching in a kindergarten special needs classroom, went on to get my master's in social work from the Virginia Commonweath University. Much of my career, I've supported parents/guardians and students to experience school success. I have been a practitioner in schools, inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, and also home-based services. I enjoy helping with people of all ages, hearing their stories and helping them build skills to lead more fulfilling lives.
