Introduction

Hey there! Glad you're here and I look forward to meeting you on your journey to healing. Finding the 'right' therapist can be super overwhelming so here is some information about me to help you on your search. If you have any additional questions or would like professional referrals, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to help you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the Houston area. I have worked in a variety of settings and have 10+ years of clinical experience working with mental health and substance use disorders. Some of the issues I frequently work with include alcohol and drug use, substance/process addictions, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, spirituality/religion, existential issues and challenges related to life transitions. My first priority is to get to know you. I will collaborate with you to determine the best treatment approach based on your unique needs and goals. I use a variety of theories and interventions and will discuss these with you. My goal is to create an open, supportive partnership that fosters healing and leads to the changes YOU want and need.
