I am thankful to be able to help people through their challenging seasons. I enjoy working with individuals and have a special interest in working with those struggling with anxiety and depression. I am also passionate about providing Christian counseling for those who are struggling with faith-based issues. My approach to counseling depends on the client and his or her needs and treatment goals. I prefer to use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I often use a solution-focused or person-centered approach as well. My role is to support each client in meeting their treatment goals
