Introduction

I am passionate about working with all teens through adults struggling with life cycle changes, role obligations, school/work transitions, anxiety, depression, family issues, performance anxiety, communication struggles, emotional regulation, self-esteem, or anger management. If you ever have felt like “adulting” is too much, that life feels unbalanced, or that you are in a perpetual state of exhaustion, we can start by working together to find out what balance looks like for you. I am also a member of, and I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ population and addressing concerns specific to that population. I am an eclectic therapist and use diverse modalities and holistic wellness some of which include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Laughing Yoga, Expressive Arts, and Art Therapy informed. I incorporate holistic wellness and coping skills into sessions to make sure we are addressing the whole mind, body, and spirit. I hope reading a little bit about me has given insight into the type of person and therapist that I am. I am excited to begin working with you to make the lasting changes that you want in your life! Currently I am available for tele-health appointments only and look forward to being on this journey with you!
