With experience working with teens and adults, I focus on creating a compassionate, supportive space where clients can explore their concerns and develop practical tools for growth. My approach is centered on empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, working alongside clients to identify solutions and build healthier coping strategies. I am committed to helping individuals find balance and healing, fostering personal growth, and encouraging the development of self-compassion.
