Introduction

The therapeutic relationship is like no other; healing takes place, not only through support, interventions, perspective and education, but through the therapeutic relationship itself. Our shared humanity allows us to connect and though we're unique, we all have a story. You are not alone. Through my own story - my own struggles and human experiences - along with my professional journey and education, working with a diverse clientele in many different environments (courts, schools, private practice, and more), I am able to connect with people with many different experiences and backgrounds. As my client I meet you where you are. YOU guide the therapy and goals; I bring my experience and knowledge around a variety of therapeutic frameworks and research-based interventions. Together, we work to explore your presenting issues, current difficulties, relationship (and other) patterns, as well as your support system(s) and strengths. Together we develop and implement a plan that is tailored to you, specifically for improving your life!
