Introduction

You want the best for your child, or teen, or yourself. Your story of your experiences deserves to be heard. We deserve to have space to be deeply understood at any age. It's my desire to provide that understanding; that listening that is so healing. I hope to work with children, teens, adults to create lasting healing and support for them. I value working with families where needed to create lasting change. My clients and I will work together to process, and build skills in order to meet their goals for treatment and create enduring healing. Our work together will be drive by collaborating together to decide what types of skills work best for you or your child. While I have experience using most traditional interventions (CBT, Narrative Therapy, etc), what is unique to my practice is expression. I am trained as an art therapist, and can use expressive arts techniques to enhance a client's therapeutic growth. We were not intended to weather the difficult seasons of our lives alone. Rather, these times are opportunities (not matter how unpleasant feeling they are) to lean our existing community as well as building more supportive community. I would be honored to be a part of that supportive community for you.
